Getting started in CrossFit is easy and perfect place to start getting healthier. If you’re not quite sure what CrossFit is all about and would like to find out more before joining, simply give us a call or email and we can arrange a time that is suitable for you to come into the gym for a tour and a chat.
DO I NEED EXPERIENCE OR SOME MINIMUM LEVEL OF FITNESS?
No! Just get started. Our workouts and exercises scale to any level – from walking to running, broomsticks to barbells, or push-ups to handstands we’ll tailor the workout to your ability. To get you started on the best foot, we offer a private 3 session Elements program that puts you one-on-one with one of our friendly coaches.
IS IT WORTH IT? WHAT’S IT LIKE?
We definitely would say it is worth it, but we are a little biased. The only person who can truly tell you if it is worth it, is you. The only way you can objectively know is to show up, participate in a workout, enjoy challenging yourself and tell us what you think.
DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE BEFORE I SHOW UP?
Absolutely not! You don’t have to be fit to start, you just have to start. Step by step, we’ll coach you up from a broomstick to a barbell. Each class you are pushed and encouraged based on your current level of fitness. All we want is for you to give your best effort during each workout.
